Arch Shelter is about sustainability, i.e. recyclable and biodegradable materials and the pledge to see these through to the end of life.
We offer on site supervision with or without construction team to build structure.
Be Cyclone aware!
Canopies can be 6 to 24m wide sitting between or across Sea Containers which are strong supports and quick to install. Fireproof walls can be a lock up store.
Hull Roof Arch Shelters are our favourite for Queensland. They take heat to the apex and handle wind and rain better than most roof types. [24 M img]
Hangar shaped Arch Shelters optionally sit on steel frames 1-10 MH or can be a Dome on the ground. Used for storage and workshops, shelters and hangars.
Needing a quality dome up to 40 meters wide? Euro Super Arches can have aviation grade skins (fireproof) or standard fire retardant. Brilliant!
The biggest of the range these PVC Alum Tents are working structures and quite "no frills", but we do have the great looking pavilions up to 100 meters too!
We pulled out of inflatables due to lack of sustainability but!! a none toxic recyclable range (air supported and air tube) should be available early 2026. !
Whitsundays Arch Shelters & Industrial Tents
Fabric Arch Shelters are engineered, industrial strength fabric structures and shade structures that have been a popular solution for mining, aviation, sports and general industries around the world for almost three (3) decades. Fabrics we now use are guaranteed recyclable with Galvanized Steel or Aluminum frames.
Fabric Arch Shelters are perfect for Queensland, as they are a cooler option to tin, steel or aluminum roofs and delightful to work and play beneath.
Splash Arch Shelters can be used for just about any building option you might imagine. Presently you will find them around Australia as aircraft and helicopter hangers, warehouses and storage sheds, work site shelters for equipment and workers amenities, animal shelters, green houses, equestrian arenas, sports pavilions ... They can also be fully enclosed with end walls and doors, and/or insulated with a second roof of PVC, PE or quilted space blanket (depending upon how much light you require).
Industrial Tents are larger Aluminum and Steel Tents and Pavilions that can be up to 100 meters + in width. We have beautiful ones ideal for events and celebrations or the work horse fabric structures that get used as marine and agriculture processing sheds, packing sheds and other storage needs.
120kph is the maximum wind speeds recommended for Industrial Tents, so they cannot be used as a semi permanent structure on the Whitsundays Coast or Island.
Arch Shelters can be engineered to withstand up to Cyclone Region 4, but as we get mostly teasers in Queensland and 3+ Cyclones rarely make land fall, particularly in the mid to the lower parts of Queensland, we recommend customers going with a Cyclone 2 Structure and being prepared to dismantle the cover, should a heavier cyclone become a serious threat.
