Shipping Containers found a new niche by supporting especially designed fabric domes. Easy to position and lock down with some instant lock-up security, Container Domes have become mandatory for industries on the move.
Our preferred fabric roof shape if viable is the Hull. Summer heat can rise to the apex and flow out through vents. The Hull handles windy, wet weather better than most other roofs and the the hull is a perfect profile for aircraft hangars.
Dome Arch Shelters can be mounted upon walls, galvanized steel posts or double truss frames up to 6 M High, can also be Ground Domes. Fabric Domes make useful storage shelters, workshops, play areas and hangars.
Super Arch Shelters were found overseas but, unfortunately Fire Retardent or Full fireproof fabrics have posed some sustainability and toxic issues. We look forward to locating or producing these Super Arches again utilising safe fabrics for aviation and public events.
Aluminium Industrial Tents, another victim of sustainability, are the huge PVC Buildings and Pavilions commonly seen in the world. Sadly many Architectural Masterpieces will end up in landfill to poison the environment, particularly if burned.
These unique inflatable (aerostat and air tube) fabric structures have been Popular in Europe for decades for sports. Pictured is a funky Indoor Tennis Court Aerostat, but they can be kilometers in size. Really Neat!
Arch Shelter Fabric Structures
Arch Shelter is our brand and trading name for fabric structures which come under the umbrella of our Construction Business - Splash Structures.
Arch Shelters are engineered, industrial strength fabric structures, that have galvanized steel frames (clear span or double truss) which have been popular in South Australia as farm sheds, rail sidings, barns, warehouses, truck and bus docks, packing sheds and shade or aircraft hangars for almost three (3) decades.
Much has changed in the last decade and will likely continue to do so over the next, as we all find our new bearings. Currently Arch Shelters are sourced and manufactured from Australia, China, USA and Europe. We ceased retailing structures for DIY, to manage special rojects, but we will return to retail when solutions arise..
Arch Shelters and Industrial Tents come in many shapes and sizes, up to 100 meters wide. Fire retardant and Fully Fireproof skins, something public events and aviation managers have relied upon for decades are now on hold, and we hope a solution is found early.
Industrial Strength Tents and Pavilions
We also offered the service of designing, sourcing and installing a range of large aluminium and steel frame industrial strength tents that come in a myriad of shapes, styles and sizes, geared mainly to events and entertainment but these are in review due to sustainability and increasing weather concerns (wind speeds max of 120 kph).
Popular for events, aviation, equestrian, produce markets, construction sites, earth moving, livestock, warehousing and general industry, we are working ernestly to find suited solutions for standard fixed or relocatable designs. ;
