Fabric Structures Industrial Tents

Arch Shelters (our own brand, trading name and designs) are portable, industrial strength fabric structures that traditionally have galvanized steel in clear span or double truss frames with strong PE or PVC (or Shade Cloth) fabric covers.   This year we will explore a few forgotten sustainable materials used in decades past, that lend themselves to relocatable shade structures.  e.g., bamboo and sustainable woods. 

Arch Shelters have a host of uses and are popular in the Riverina with the vineyards, equestrian, events and entertainment, sports, aviation and earth moving industries as shade or fully enclosed buildings.  Arch Shelters have multipurpose footings, to be mounted upon the ground, on containers, posts or walls and screw piles for bigger structures. They are affordable and very strong ... cool in summer, warmer in winter ...  etc etc

In the last few years we dropped many toxic fabrics which demonstrated to be bad for humans, animals and the environment. Regrettably Fire proofed fabrics showed up as the worst and very unsustainable. This affected our ability to (consciously) supply Aircraft and Helicopter Hangar, Fabric Warehouses, Inflatable Structures plus Public Event Tents and Shelters

Arch Shelters have been sourced from and manufactured in Australia, USA and Europe in many shapes and sizes, up to 100 meters wide (steel).  

Chinese structures  we have been talking but not traded since 2017 after a few failed structure sales to Africa. The local and international police worked hard to clean up problems associated with shipping, materials manufacture and money laundering around trade with China. We can assure you much of this was no fault of the Chinese. They were drawn into criminal transactions through the underhanded practices of dark financiers and their unlimited loan facilities. These shifty operators have mostly dropped off the radar now, but they seem to rise again every 20 years ..

Industrial Tents and Pavilions

As part of our Project Management Services where practical we offer the sourcing and custom design of Aluminium Industrial Strength Tents and Steel Pavilions used mostly by the events and entertainment industry with a growing number of cost effective industrial applications such as packing and produce sheds, warehouses and animal housing.   Aluminium  Industrial Tents can be up to 100 meters wide and Steel Pavilions which are ideal as permanent structures for Event Halls, Arenas and Stadiums can be engineered to any size.  You can go as basic engineered to architectural masterpiece as you are willing to invest.
